Ventinox Hiflex Is A Complete Lining System For Wood Stoves, Pellet Burning Appliances, Fireplaces And Non-Condensing Gas Or Oil Burning Flues.
Ventinox HiFlex is a premium quality liner that’s lightweight and easy to use. But don’t let its weight fool you! It’s made of heat resistant 321 titanium stabilized steel – the same material used in aircraft afterburners! It’s formed from a single strip of steel with one continuous weld, so it’s gas and moisture tight. The weld acts like a backbone to make the liner strong and workable. HiFlex won’t pull apart or kink when you make tight, low radius bends!
Fastclamp Connect System – Ventinox features the Fastclamp connecting system. No more holes to drill, no more screws or rivets. Simply slide the desired part onto the liner and tighten Fastclamp with a standard screwdriver or socket wrench. Fast and easy to install and ULC Listed.
Lifetime Warranty – HiFlex comes with a lifetime warranty for wood and pellet burning applications, and a 10 year warranty in non-condensing gas and oil applications. HiFlex is listed by Underwriters Laboratories of Canada to ULC-S635.
Custom Lengths – HiFlex is available in custom lengths up to 150 ft.
Custom Ovalized – Just call us with the dimensions that you need and we’ll ovalize the liner to your specifications. Note: ovalizing reduces the cross-sectional area of the flue. Please call for cross-sectional areas of ovalized liners.
Zero-Clearance Listed – Ventinox HiFlex can be insulated with either TherMix or approved ceramic blanket insulation for zero-clearance applications. TherMix is a lightweight masonry insulation that is mixed with water and poured between the liner and the chimney shell. Each UPSable boxed bag makes 3.25 cubic feet of material. Most chimneys require 2 to 3 bags. The 1/4" foil face blanket rates 1" clearance to combustibles. Double wrap 1/4" or use 1/2" for zero clearance. Consult manufacturer’s installation instructions for details. |
