High Efficiency Vent-Free Design
This Gas Log Heater offers you what ordinary gas logs and wood cannot...the cleanliness, comfort and savings of vent-free gas space heating combined with the beauty and convenience of gas logs.
The unique patented, dual burner design, and precision positioning of logs provides 99% fuel efficiency and clean burning operation, allowing you to operate the logs vent-free, with your chimney damper closed.
With no outside venting required, there is no heat loss up the chimney. Ordinary gas logs operate at approximately half the efficiency and double the cost, requiring the damper open, causing beneficial heat to escape up the chimney.
Manually Controlled Models are available in 18", 24", & 30" models. Comfort Flame’s Manually Controlled Gas Logs allow you to choose the heat setting that best suits your needs. You can select the low, medium or high heat setting by simply turning a control knob. Enjoy the beauty of glowing coals and flames–even on the low setting!
18" Log Sets require a fireplace hood accessory if:
| 1. The underside of the mantel shelf is 14" or less above the top of the fireplace opening. |
2. The heat resistant material (i.e. brick, stone, etc.) surrounding the fireplace opening is less than 8" high. |
24" & 30" Log Sets require a fireplace hood accessory if:
| 1. The underside of the mantel shelf is 20" or less above the top of the fireplace opening. |
2. The heat resistant material (i.e. brick, stone, etc.) surrounding the fireplace opening is less than 12" high. |
